Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging condition to qualify for return. Any damaged, used, or tampered products will not be eligible for return or refund.

In case of damaged or incorrect product delivery, customers must inform the company within 48 hours of receiving the product along with proper proof (photo or video). After verification, replacement or refund will be processed as per company guidelines.
